Categories of personal data The categories of data processed by Guided are only identification data. In no case, special categories of personal data within the meaning of Article 9 of the GDPR are processed. Legal basis for the processing of personal data The legal basis for the processing of personal data is consent. Guided undertakes to obtain the express and verifiable consent of the User to the processing of his personal data for one or more specific purposes.
